** Shares of motion-control products maker Parker Hannifin PH.N rise nearly 1.2% to about 850.4 in morning trading

** Co to buy air and liquid filtration systems maker Filtration Group for $9.25 bln to expand its presence in the aftermarket business

** PH's filtration and engineered materials segment  accounted for 42.5% of its total sales in fiscal 2025

** Deal is expected to close within six to twelve months

** Including session's moves, shares up 33.7% YTD
