    Gas station owner Parkland Corp  PKI.TO  has accelerated
plans to raise cash from asset sales by putting its outlets in
Florida up for sale on Tuesday, the latest planned divestments
from a Calgary-based company facing activist campaigns from two
of its shareholders.
    
    The Kispiox Band council representing the Gitxsan Nation
community of Kispiox is seeking a judicial review to challenge
the BC Energy Regulator's permit to build a section of the
Prince Rupert Gas Transmission(PRGT) pipeline.
