Notice of AGM & Annual Report

 

Further to the announcement of the Preliminary Results to 30 June 2021,
Parkmead announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at
Pitmedden Suite, Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport, Argyll Way, Dyce,
Aberdeen, AB21 0AF at 9.00 a.m. on 22 December 2021.

 

Given the continued uncertainty relating to COVID-19, shareholders are
encouraged to vote by proxy in advance of the AGM or appointing the chair of
the meeting as their proxy.

 

Copies of the Notice of AGM and Annual report will shortly be posted to
shareholders and are already available on the investor relations section of
the Company's website at www.parkmeadgroup.com.
