Brief: PARKSON Retail says gross sales proceeds for Q3 decreased by 9.4 pct

Nov 19 (Reuters) - PARKSON Retail Group Ltd  3368.HK : 
 
 * Says same store sales for 9m2015 decreased by 6.3% 
 * Total gross sales proceeds for third quarter decreased by 9.4% to RMB3.95 billion 
 * Merchandise gross margin decreased by 1.1% to 17.3% and 1.0% to 16.9% in  3q2015 and 9m2015 respectively. 
 * Group is on-track in rolling out its strategy of transforming into a  lifestyle concept retail business" 
 * Operating costs will be escalated in short term for setting up new business  divisions and new stores during transformation period" 
 * Says qtrly net loss attributable to owners of the parent RMB77 million versus profit RMB22.6 million
