Sept 13 (Reuters) - PARKSON Retail Group Ltd  3368.HK : 
 * Very substantial disposal:disposal of the entire equity interests in a 
   wholly-owned prc subsidiary and the relevant shareholder's loan  3368.HK  
 * Deal for total equity consideration fixed amount of RMB1.670 billion 
 * Expected costs ,expenses associated with disposal property will not have 
   material adverse impact on financial position of group 
 * Expected that an unaudited gain of RMB0.9 billion will be accrued to the 
   group as a result of the disposal
