FRANKFURT, June 18 (Reuters) - Partners Group Holding PGHN.S said on Thursday it would seek to introduce a dual share class structure for Partners Group Private Equity PEY.L Limited, an investment trust that it manages.
If shareholders approve, the proposal is expected to become effective in the fourth quarter of 2026.
