The company completed partial refinancing of its 2027 bond maturity.
      
COMPANY STATEMENTS   
PARTNERS GROUP HOLDING AG PGHN.S 
     Switzerland's Partners Group PGHN.S said on Friday it had no plans to impose additional liquidity restrictions or freeze any of its evergreen investment vehicles, rejecting what it described as unfounded market rumors.

ROCHE HOLDING AG ROPC.S
The company said on Friday it had received FDA approval for the first companion diagnostic to assess PTEN protein in people living with prostate cancer.
