Sale of Clario

 

 

Partners Group Private Equity Limited ("PGPE Ltd" or "the Company") today announces the sale of Clario, an industry leading provider of data collection and analysis solutions to drug developers, to Thermo Fisher Scientific.

 

·    As of 31 August 2025, Clario is the eighth-largest investee company in the portfolio of PGPE Ltd at approximately EUR 27.5 million

·    The transaction values the stake of PGPE Ltd in Clario in line with the latest published NAV

·    PGPE Ltd first invested in eResearch Technology ("ERT") in 2020, alongside other investors. In 2021, the Company participated in a follow-on investment to support ERT's merger with BioClinica, resulting in the formation of Clario. The total amount invested by PGPE Ltd is EUR 13.5 million

·    The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of Q2 2026
