Sale of Convex Group

 

 

Partners Group Private Equity Limited ("PGPE Ltd" or "the Company") today announces the sale of Convex Group ("Convex"), a specialty property and casualty (re)insurer.

 

·    As of 30 September 2025, Convex was the eighteenth-largest investee company in the portfolio of PGPE Ltd at approximately EUR 20 million

·    The transaction values PGPE Ltd's stake in Convex at approximately EUR 23 million, an uplift of 11% compared to the latest published NAV

·    The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q2 2026
