Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Board of Partners Group Private Equity Limited has today published a
Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice"), to be held
at 9:30 a.m. on 19 June 2025 at East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St
Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3PP.

A circular (the "Circular") which includes the Notice of Annual General
Meeting, together with instructions for voting, has been published and is
available to view and download from the Investors - Shareholders Meeting
section of the Company's website at:
