Buyback update

 

 

Partners Group Private Equity Limited (the "Company") announced on 8 October
2025 the launch of a buyback programme of EUR 15 million (the "Buyback
Programme") to be implemented over the period to 31 January 2026.

 

To date, approximately EUR 7.5 million has been deployed to repurchase 724,025
Ordinary Shares under the Buyback Programme. All repurchased Ordinary Shares
are currently held in Treasury by the Company.

 

The Company now announces that it has extended the Buyback Programme, allowing
the remaining budget to be utilised through to 30 April 2026.
