Declaration of second interim dividend for FY 2024

 

The Board of Directors of Partners Group Private Equity Limited today declares
a second interim dividend of EUR 0.355 per share for FY 2024, in-line with
previous guidance to distribute 5% p.a. of the previous year's closing NAV,
via semi-annual payments.

 

The second interim dividend will be paid on 13 December 2024. The relevant
date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 8 November 2024
and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2024. The last dates
for the currency election and the dividend re-investment plan will be 8
November 2024 and 22 November 2024 respectively.
