Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Parity Group plc (AIM: PTY), the data and technology-focussed recruitment and
professional services company, announces that it is today posting to the
Company's shareholders its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2021, which includes a Notice of Meeting and accompanying Form of
Proxy for the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 12.00 p.m.
on 8 June 2022.

The Annual Report & Accounts will be made available later today on the
Company's website via: https://www.parity.net/results-centre

The Company is pleased to announce that Mark Braund, Executive Chairman, and
Mike Johns, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating
to the AGM proceedings via the Investor Meet Company platform on 8th June 2022
at 12:00 p.m.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9
a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Investors who already follow the Company on the Investor Meet Company platform

There are currently no UK government restrictions on public gatherings, so the
Company is proposing to hold a physical AGM and to welcome the maximum number
of shareholders possible within safety constraints. However, given the
uncertainty around whether shareholders will be able to attend the AGM,
whether because their circumstances change or due to a change in the situation
with the COVID-19 pandemic, all shareholders are still strongly encouraged to
appoint the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy.
