("Partway" or the "Company")

 

Result of General Meeting

 

Further to the announcement dated 21 June 2024 regarding the Company's
proposed members' voluntary liquidation and associated cancellation of the
trading of the Company's ordinary shares from AIM, the Company confirms that
all associated resolutions were approved by shareholders on a show of hands at
the General Meeting held earlier today.

In accordance with the passing of resolution 1, cancellation of admission of
the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will become effective at 7
a.m. on 9 July 2024.

In accordance with the passing of resolutions 2 and 3, the Company will be
wound up voluntarily and William Antony Batty of Antony Batty & Company
LLP has hereby been appointed as liquidator of the Company.

The table below shows the proxy votes received on the resolution proposed at
the General Meeting. The full text of the resolutions is contained in the
Notice of General Meeting published on 21 June 2024.

Shareholders of the Company as at the Record Date will receive communications
directly from the Liquidator in due course regarding the Distribution.
