acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2220 GMT on
Wednesday:
    
    ** Italy's biggest utility Enel  ENEI.MI  said it would sell
its photovoltaic generation portfolio in Chile to renewable

Match assets in France from Belgian retailer Louis Delhaize
