Posting of Circular and Notice of GM

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 July 2023 in respect of the
disposal of its wholly-owned subsidiary, IM Minerals Limited ("IMM"),
Pathfinder announces it has published a shareholder circular ("Circular"),
together with a notice convening a general meeting ("GM") of the Company (the
"Notice").

 

The Circular/Notice will be posted to shareholders today, and is available on
the Company's website at: www.pathfinderminerals.com
(http://www.pathfinderminerals.com) . A summary of the key terms of the
revised SPA is set out in the Circular.

 

The GM will be held at 33 St James' Square, London, SW1Y 4JS on 18 August 2023
at 11.00 a.m.
