Pathos Communications plc
("Pathos Communications", "Pathos" or the "Company")
Pathos Recognised by the Financial Times FT1000 as the 25th Fastest Growing
Company in Europe
Pathos Communications plc, the multiple award-winning technology-enabled,
human-led PR company, is pleased to announce that it has been recognised in
the Financial Times FT1000 2026 as the 25th fastest growing company in Europe.
Pathos has achieved a top 50 position for the second consecutive year,
something accomplished by only 15 other companies in the UK since the FT1000
list began.
The FT1000 list, published annually by the Financial Times, is a ranking of
1,000 European companies by the highest percentage compound annual growth rate
(CAGR) in revenues over the prior three year period. The ranking is based on
certified revenue figures.
This award demonstrates the substantial growth that Pathos has achieved to
date. This growth has continued in 2025, and as announced on 2 February 2026
(https://irtools.co.uk/111/story/843b05de-c063-430d-b0ec-ccda974b91fb) ,
Pathos delivered a strong financial performance in the financial year ended 31
December 2025 ("FY25"), ahead of market expectations at the time*, with
expected revenue of US$13.2 million (FY24: US$11.4 million) and adjusted
EBITDA** of US$2.9 million (FY24: $1.9 million). The Company also noted that
trading in 2026 has started with momentum.
Omar Hamdi, Founder and CEO of Pathos, said:
"This recognition from the Financial Times for the second consecutive year is
an incredible honour for Pathos. To be ranked as the 25th fastest-growing
company across Europe, and one of just 15 British companies to ever achieve a
top 50 distinction two years in a row, is a reminder of the quality of our
team and revenue, and how our unique products continue to find diversified
channels to a very large global market. Sustained growth at this level doesn't
happen by chance, it reflects disciplined execution, continuous innovation and
a culture that refuses to stand still. We are proud of how far we have come,
and we look forward to an FT1000 hat-trick next year."
Niels Terfehr, Vice President of Research & Analysis at Statista,
commented:
"Achieving a top 50 position in the Financial Times FT1000 just once is
remarkable - doing it twice in consecutive years is exceptional. In the entire
history of this ranking, less than 50 companies across Europe have managed
this feat, and just 15 of those are from the UK. This level of sustained high
growth is exceptionally rare and reflects extraordinary business performance
and resilience in what is one of Europe's most competitive growth landscapes."
Notes:
* Market expectations for FY25: Revenue of US$12.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA
of US$2.7 million.
** Adjusted for normalisation of director fees prior to IPO and one-off
non-recurring items.

About Pathos
Pathos Communications is a technology-enabled, human-led PR company that was
established to democratise SMEs' access to established news publications to
increase their PR exposure capabilities. The Company operates a differentiated
approach to the traditional PR model of long-term subscription fees, by
offering a "pay-on-results" model, thereby providing an opportunity for the
over 400 million SMEs globally, which typically have lower PR budgets.
Pathos collaborates with its clients, comprising SMEs and micro-SMEs, to
create and distribute articles across a variety of platforms including
established news outlets, digital media and podcast channels. This is
supported by Pathos's proprietary AI-driven technologies, PathosMind and
Pressella, which are used to generate ideas, undertake market research and
create news articles with limited human input required to generate highly
efficient outputs.
Pathos is a multiple award-winning growth company. It was recognised in the
Financial Times 1000 as the fastest growing advertising and marketing firm in
the UK and the 25th fastest growing company in Europe in 2026. Pathos was also
