after surpassing Britain the previous day as the European

    Italian media reports citing the former chief executive of
Vodafone Vittorio Colao as one of the candidates for the top job
at Ferrari are groundless, a source close to Colao said on
Friday. Louis Camilleri retired with immediate effect as CEO of
Ferrari late on Thursday, after being in the role for nearly two

    Atlantia's motorway unit Aspi is worth only 7.5 billion
euros compared to an earlier price range of 8.5- billion euros

    Leonardo has signed a 200 million euro financing deal with
the European Investment Bank to support investments in
technological development, the Italian aerospace and defence

     Computers hacked at Leonardo between 2015 and 2017 belonged
to a unit that makes components for both commercial and military

    The Italian bank expects its cost of risk to fall back to 25
basis points in 2023 in line with an end-2019 level of 24 bps
after edging up to 40 bps at the end of the year, Il Sole 24 Ore
wrote on Sunday in its 'Letter to investors'. Credem expects a
higher net interest income in 2021 and targets net inflows of 5
billion euros for its assets under management by 2023.

    Credit Agricole Italy said on Friday it had filed its
takeover offer for Creval with market regulator Consob.

    CEO Jean-Marc Chery told Corriere della Sera on Sunday the
group may keep up its policy of buying start-ups next year if
needed to speed up product development, with a focus on
artificial intelligence and sensors to target markets ranging
from smartphones to cars.
