 PayPoint plc - Interim Dividend 
 
 The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have declared an
interim dividend of 14.2 pence per ordinary share for the six months ended 30
September 2015. The interim dividend will be paid on 17 December 2015 to those
shareholders on the register on 4 December 2015 with the associated
ex-dividend date being 3 December 2015.
