Change of Director Information

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, PayPoint plc announces that one of its
non-executive directors, Gill Barr, who is also a member of the audit,
nomination and remuneration committees of PayPoint plc, will join the board of
N Brown Group plc as a non-executive director and chair of its remuneration
committee with effect from 16 January 2018.
