 PayPoint plc - Final Dividend 
 
 The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") has recommended the
payment of a final dividend of 28.2 pence per share, in respect of the period
ended 31 March 2016. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's
annual general meeting to be held on 28 July 2016, the dividend will be paid
on 29 July 2016 to those shareholders on the register on 01 July 2016 with the
associated ex-dividend date being 30 June 2016.
