PayPoint plc - Interim Dividend
  
The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have declared an interim dividend of 15.0p per share for the six months ended 30 September 2016, and an additional dividend of 12.2p per share. The additional dividend is one third of the first 25 million per annum of additional dividends announced at last year end. Both dividends will be paid on 15 December 2016 to those shareholders on the register on 2 December 2016 with the associated ex-dividend date being 1 December 2016.
