 * Co-founder and managing director Chris Mardon has stepped down from board to 
   focus all of his time on Australian opportunity 
 * Says Energy Mad expect the continuation of the Australian quarter four 
revenue into the upcoming FY 2017 financial year 
 * Should result in Energy Mad being both EBITDA and cash flow positive for FY 2017 
 * Energy Mad will not deliver a positive EBITDA for the FY 2016 financial year 
 * Managing director Chris Mardon's place on board has been filled by David Jarman
