** Co discloses Q3 adjusted EPS of $1.71 vs estimate of $1.67, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Says strong results were driven by $4.1 billion acquisition of Paycor HCM, which boosted number of clients and brought more high-end customers under PAYX's fold

** Total revenue rose 20% to $1.81 billion in the quarter, PAYX says

** Stock has lost 19% YTD as of last close
