    PBF Torrance, California refinery experiences unplanned flaring 
    May 27 (Reuters) - PBF Energy's 160,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery in Torrance, California experienced an unplanned flaring event, according to a community alert.
    "No offsite impact has been reported at this time," the alert added. 
    According to a local media report, firefighters are responding to the incident.
