** Shares of India's PC Jeweller  PCJE.NS  down as much as
3.9% at 26.0 rupees, lowest level since June 28 
    ** Gems and ornaments seller posted third straight qtrly
loss on Monday, while rev plunged nearly 88% 
    ** Shares set to drop for third consecutive sessions if
losses hold
    ** Shares trading below 50-day and 100-day simple moving
averages, indicating bearish momentum 
    ** So far this year, stock has fallen ~69%
