June 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0939 GMT on
Wednesday:

    ** Thyssenkrupp  TKAG.DE  should explore a sale of its
warship division to peers, in addition to private equity players
and a potential stock market listing, according to influential

    ** Russian carmaker Avtovaz  AVAZI_p.MM  has completed the
acquisition of RN Bank, a joint venture between Italian lender
UniCredit and the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, the

    ** Investment firm EQT  said it proposed to buy UK's Alfa
Financial Software  ALFAAL.L  for 614.4 million pounds ($784.6

    ** Vivendi  VIV.PA  -owned French television channel Canal+
will acquire a stake worth $300 million in Hong Kong-based

    ** Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) said  it plans
to buy Sustainable Water Solutions Holding Company (SWS Holding)

    **  Lufthansa  LHAG.DE  said it has agreed to sell its
AirPlus payments subsidiary to Swedish bank SEB  SEBa.ST  for
