PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified that James Barham, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 7,237 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share in the Company at 82.4 pence per share. 
 
Following the purchase, Mr Barham holds 155,796 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
