PCI Pal launches Rapid Remote

PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global provider of secure payment solutions, is
pleased to announce the launch of a rapid deployment version of its payment
services.

PCI Pal Rapid Remote was developed specifically to solve the business
continuity challenges many organisations now face due to the COVID-19
pandemic. Rapid Remote delivers secure and compliant payment services from
PCI-PAL's globally available cloud environment within 48 hours of ordering,
thereby rapidly enabling organisations to continue handling customer payments
in a secure and compliant way, even when employees are working remotely or
from home.

Rapid Remote provides a solution for businesses with home-based workers who do
not have access to secure payment solutions either through their existing
remote telephony connectivity (including traditional PBX, and VoIP platforms
such as Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business), or where using mobile phones
or landline telephones.

Commenting on the launch, James Barham, Chief Executive Officer of PCI Pal,
said:

"Even in this time of uncertainty, cybercriminals continue to perpetrate
crimes in new and opportunistic ways. With our Rapid Remote deployment
solution, organisations can move at a pace not previously seen in our space,
to secure their customers' sensitive payment information even while agents
adjust to working remotely or from home.

"Rapid Remote complements what we are already doing with many of our
Integrated Partners, a number of whom include global leaders in cloud
telephony who are working closely with their customers worldwide to ensure
their contact centre operations accommodate the changing working environments
we are seeing today."
