The Company received notification on 11 March 2015 that on that date, William Catchpole, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 35,346 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.375 pence for his SIPP held by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited.
Following this transaction, William Catchpole is beneficially interested in 2,742,884 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
