The Company received notification today that on 18 February 2015, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.82 pence each to his SIPP held by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited. 
The Company was also notified today that certain Directors of the Company have purchased Ordinary Shares as follows:
