PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions
for business communications, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 together with its
notice of meeting and accompanying form of proxy for the Company's Annual
General Meeting ('AGM').

 

The AGM will be held on 11 December 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of
Ashurst, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts is now available to be viewed on the Company's
