** Shares of garment firm PDS Ltd  PDSL.NS  up 1.8%, paring
back gains of 2.6% earlier
    ** Co said late on Tuesday its facilities in Bangladesh have
resumed normal operations after recent political unrest
    ** Seen normalcy return across partner factories in the
region; remain positive on medium-term business prospects - PDSL
    ** Co logs 0.5% YTD gains after day's climb
    ** 2023 was stock's fourth straight year of gains
