** Shares of Althea Group  AGH.AX  rise as much as 3.2% to
A$0.032, their biggest intraday gain since March 19
    ** Cannabis products seller says co has completed
restructuring phase of its cost reduction program
    ** Adds restructure is expected to deliver A$1.5 mln
($980,100.00) in annualised savings
    ** Stock down 20.5% YTD as of last close
