** Shares of Peak Rare Earths  PEK.AX  rise as much as 2.6%
to A$0.195, on track for their best day since March 8 - if
current trend holds
    ** The rare-earths minerals co acquires freehold title over
19-hectare Teesside site in the UK from Homes England
    ** PEK says acquisition follows the signing of an about 1.9
million pound ($2.42 million) option for a 250-year lease in
May, 2021
    ** Stock down ~46% this year, as of last close
