Peakstone soars after Brookfield announces $1.2 billion buyout

** Shares of industrial real estate investment trust Peakstone Realty Trust PKST.N up 33% at $20.8 in morning trading

** Brookfield Asset Management BAM.N says it will buy PKST for enterprise value of about $1.2 billion

** BAM to acquire all of outstanding shares of PKST for $21 per share in cash

** PKST gained 29.6% in past year, while BAM fell 3.3%
