Date of purchase: 13 August 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each purchased: 41,000 Lowest price paid per share: 1,060.00p Highest price paid per share: 1,065.00p Average price paid per share: 1,063.09p The Company will cancel the purchased shares. These share purchases form part of the second £175 million tranche of the Company's £350 million buyback programme, details of which were announced on 1 July 2025.
