Date of purchase: 1 October 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each purchased: 59,304 Lowest price paid per share: 1,053.00p Highest price paid per share: 1,060.00p Average price paid per share: 1,059.37p The Company will cancel the purchased shares. These share purchases form part of the second £175 million tranche of the Company's £350 million buyback programme, details of which were announced on 1 July 2025.
