Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Pebble Beach Systems Group plc (AIM: "PEB", "Pebble" or the "Group"), a
leading global software business specialising in playout automation and
integrated channel solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets,
announces that it has received notification from John Varney, Non-Executive
Chairman of the Group, that on 23 April 2025 he purchased in aggregate 150,000
ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.5 pence per
Ordinary Share.

Following this notification, John Varney holds 1,212,229 Ordinary Shares,
which represents 0.97% per cent of Pebble's issued share capital.
