Completion of Disposal
Further to the Company's earlier announcement today, Vislink confirms that it has completed the disposal of the hardware division to xG Technology, Inc. in accordance with the terms of the Circular previously issued to shareholders. In accordance with the terms the Deferred Consideration is due to be paid within 45 days of completion.
