Vislink plc, the global technology business specialising in the collection and delivery of high quality video and associated data from the field to the point of usage, has been informed that on 2 September 2014, John Hawkins, Executive Chairman of the Group purchased 95,157 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Share") at an average price of 47.29 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Hawkins is interested in 309,279 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.26 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
