Director/PDMR Shareholding
Vislink plc, the global technology business specialising in solutions for the collection and delivery of high quality video and associated data for the broadcast and surveillance and public safety markets, was notified today that on 27 March 2015, Robin Howe, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49.875 pence per Ordinary Share. 
Following this transaction, Mr Howe is interested in 1,232,578 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
