The Group announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 29 Cloth Fair, London, EC1A 7NN on Wednesday 20 May 2015 at 12.00 noon.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders. Copies are also available on the Group's website at www.vislink.com.
