** Shares of Healthcare services provider Pediatrix Medical
Group Inc MD.N fall 12.6% to $16.3
** Co reports Q3 Adj. EPS of 40 cents below analysts'
expectation of 55 cents per share - Refinitiv IBES data
** MD which provides healthcare services for women and
children posted a 0.6% fall in revenue to $490 mln from a year
ago quarter, also missing analysts' expectations of $511.8 mln
** Q3 results were impacted by certain revenue cycle
management transition activities and a modest decline in the
percentage of services reimbursed by commercial and other
non-government payors vs the prior-year period - MD
** Including session's loss, stock down ~40% YTD
