Peel Hunt announces that it was informed on 12 March 2025 that Sarah Brearley, wife of Non-Executive Director Richard Brearley, sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company on market at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share and Richard Brearley purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company on market at a price of 76 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Mr and Mrs Brearley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 30,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital).

 

Further details are set out in the PDMR forms below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
