Confirmation of Board Changes

 

Further to the announcement of proposed Board changes on 14 May 2025, Peel
Hunt is pleased to confirm the appointments of Michael Lee and Billy Neve to
the Board of the Company as Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director
respectively with immediate effect.

Michael Lee has had a 25-year career across professional services and
investment banking, including 15 years in UK mid-market investment banking at
Peel Hunt and before that at Numis (now Deutsche Numis). Michael is a
qualified solicitor having held previous roles at Linklaters and Latham &
Watkins. Michael has significant experience across legal, risk, compliance,
internal audit, governance, strategy, business performance, talent and change
management.

Billy Neve has over 15 years of experience in finance management roles across
investment banking, asset management and insurance. Billy is a chartered
management accountant and has considerable experience in financial reporting,
strategy, budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Michael James Lee, aged 47, is, or has been, a director or partner of the
following companies or partnerships during the past five years:

Michael Lee holds 10,755 Peel Hunt ordinary shares of no par value,
representing 0.01% of the Company's voting rights.

Billy Robin Neve, aged 35, is, or has been, a director or partner of the

Billy Neve holds 30,973 Peel Hunt ordinary shares of no par value,
representing 0.03% of the Company's voting rights.

paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies regarding Michael
Lee's and Billy Neve's appointments.
