Peel Hunt announces that it was informed on 10 June 2022 that Maria Bentley,
an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 21,104 ordinary
shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on market at a
price of 114 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this share purchase, Maria Bentley holds 21,104 Ordinary Shares
representing less than 0.02% of the Company's voting rights.
