** Speedy Hire  SDY.L  plunges 27.9% to 19.84p
    ** Construction and industrial tools provider says its
full-year profitability will come in below expectations
    ** Says co logged promising y/y growth in quarter ended Dec.
31, 2024, with hire rev for December rising 5% y/y
    ** Expects net debt at January-end to be ~123 mln pounds
(~$151 mln) vs year-ago 113 mln pounds
    ** Peel Hunt sees slashing FY25 and FY26 estimates by about
8.5 mln-10.5 mln pounds
    ** SDY fell ~31% in 2024
