** Pelatro  PELA.NS  rises as much as 4.9% to 289.45 rupees
    ** Technology co says it has been chosen by an undisclosed
telecom operator in South East Asia for a $3.2 mln contract
    ** Stock on track to snap three sessions of decline
    ** More than 20,000 shares traded in stock's slowest day
since listing on Sept. 24
    ** PELA has gained 0.1% since its debut
