** Shares of Australia's Pengana International Equities PIA.AX rise as much as 4.4% to A$1.31, their biggest intraday pct gain since Aug. 21, 2025
** Stock touches highest level since Jan. 27
** The investment co declares a one-off, fully franked special dividend of A$12.5 cents/share
** Says special dividend forms part of co's capital management package, which includes a buyback to be announced 
** Adds, the dividend will be paid irrespective of the buyback 
** Stock up almost 4% so far this week, set for its best week in over a year
** YTD, stock up 1.2%
